Terrible service I've stayed at Extended Stay before - basic, but a clean decent room. The room itself was nice, but everything service, maintenance, and upkeep was terrible. First check in, there was two irate guests in the lobby, one so loud the clerk couldn't hear me. Two, dishes are advertised with the room, my dishes were outside on the ground. Three, the inside lock on the door, was broken and missing. I had to move the recliner in front of the door over night. Four, NO TOWELS there was only a bathmat in the bathroom. ... read more

Horrible Experiencia MUy Mala experiencia me quede cuatro noches y a mi hija la pico un thick o garrapata en su cama,el dia anterior tambien la picaron ,y encontramos cucarachitas en el cuarto,ni mas vuelvo,si no estuviera prepagado no me quedaria

Waste of money The room smelled of smoke so they changed the room for us. The following room had roaches climbing the walls. The refrigerator was very nasty and rusty. Needless to say the following day we were out there. We would have left that night but the front office was closed.

Glad I didn't have an Extended Stay! With everything bad about the room I stayed in, I can say the staff was nice and helpful when I checked in. I got to my room and it smelled like it used to be a smoking room. It had a very damp, musty, smokey smell to it. Went to check to see if the stove top was working so I could make coffee in the morning. The heating coils on the stove top weren't even connected to anything so no go there. Avoid- not safe for pets or people I chose the hotel for its location- I came for the total eclipse at the Zoo, and wanted the option of walking if necessary. However, the place is really a dump, and the management is incredibly poor, and I regret staying there. On the plus side, this place is pet friendly and I saw and heard lots of dogs. On the other hand, I'm not convinced it is safe for pets or children. They are hosting a colony of feral cats- there were feral black cats all over the place. Scary The dirtiest place I've ever had to stay. If I hadn't pre-paid, I would have left! It was a scary place.

Not clean, sketchy guests. I rarely write negative reviews, but I felt like I needed to warn everyone: when I checked into my room it had clearly not been cleaned. There were hair trimmings (like from a man's beard) all over the bathroom counter, the tub had old soap, etc. I went to the front desk and they very politely gave me a new room, which was technically clean, but not amazing. The parking lot was full of riff raff and people hanging out by there cars with their motel room doors open, it did not feel incredibly safe.
