Thank God it’s over! I’m not a novice to extended stay establishments but this was by far my worst stay. They were guest hanging around smoking and drinking 1:00 AM! The room was dirty with a strong cigarette odor (although it was its a non-smoking facility) and the bathroom was disgusting and they were roaches everywhere. I know it’s a cheap rate hotel but at least keep it clean!!

Unhappy The office was never open, there was always a signed that stated they step out and would return soon. In my week stay I was not able to catch anyone and I made several trips. This in itself left a bad taste in my mouth I would never stay there again.

Awful No staff available at check in. Waited 30 minutes for someone to show up. No answer to phone calls. Linens hadn't been changed. Hairs in sheets. No support from corporate. Totally ignored our concerns.

Room was in poor shape...drawers were broken, smelled like smoke. Roaches in room. Not recommended.

Will not return No amenities in the room, not even a coffee maker. $10 to get housekeeping to come more than once a week. Spiders found in the bed, between the sheets. Stray animals around the hotel. Dogs barking in adjacent rooms. I don't need to continue. We paid a much higher daily rate to find a clean hotel midway through our stay.

I felt the room was filthy especially the bedding

Horrible service - Horrible room No one at check-in. Arrived at 11:01PM waited for 1 1/2 hours for key. Room had cigarette burns in the comforter. Smoke detector was not connected only hanging exposed wires. Second day key did not work. Waited 1/2 hour for staff to show. I am requesting a FULL REFUND this whole experience was a complete disaster.
