Hotel was ok, what I expected for my money but the front desk guy was horrible and our stove top didn’t work. When I called to complain he said there was nothing they could about it maintenance wouldn’t be back until Monday

The property was great because it was close enough for me to get to my family. The issues that I had were the toilet in my restroom wouldn’t flush. I came to check in and I had to contact customer service twice before being able to even get in contact with the hotel attendant. The phone that is outside the building that is supposed to be used for calling to get the attendant doesn’t work. I normally I joy my stays at extended stay but this visit seemed like a waist of my money.

Needs Work The room and hotel conditions were dirty. My bed looked like it had been slept "Hard" in.... Meaning the sheets and covers didn't seem to be changed out. The room door had gaps in the door jam / frame. I could see the hallways from inside my room. Plus there was some kind of construction or repairs to the room next door 3 of the 4 days I stayed.
