It was nice for thw price I paid. The rooms were pretty tidy

Is was clean and quiet. The area could use a repaving but it's in a decent area.

Items in room low maintenance, ie fire detector not mounted (hanging), tub with no caulking, light not operable. Maybe just the room, but disappointed.

The back side is much quieter than the front I moved rooms from the front to the back and its so peaceful. The traffic sounds in the front was a little loud in the morning.
