There was a cockroach on the room door

we didnt even stay the night. carpet had stains, room was dirty, hotel had bad odor...we had to hold our nose everytime we left our room. would rank this as one of the worst hotels i have stayed in

Out of all the extended stays in Columbus this one has the least amenities, is unclean and have the nerve to charge more than any other location, I guess

Checking in was the best part about the stay. The young lady was wonderful & very courteous. The place smelled like fish. Our toilet didn’t work, old toothpaste tube from prev traveler on sink. Big red stains all over the floor, mold on night stand & surrounding floor area. The towels were stained/dirty. Very poor lighting in back parking lot. Would not recommend.

We counted about 8 cockroaches over 2 days and had to go in by our own roach traps to feel comfy sleeping in there at night.

Over charged Was charged twice.
