Second worst hotel stay ever The fridge was broken and ruined all my food from the first night. The pillow top beds may have been pillowtop 5 years ago. There are random soft spots in the floors on the two up levels and in the stairwell. For the first 4 days of my stay the elevator had a comm fail so if something happend you couldnt call out. Poor service Went 2 weeks without housekeeping while asking repeatedly. Hotel manager lied and said they had no cleaning on the weekends and I later saw housekeepers on my floor during the weekend. During the week, I watched them skip my room and clean other rooms. Good thing I had my own towels and toiletries. Also, room keys deactivate every few days for no reason and breakfast is a joke.

Upon arrival, we were walking in the hallway to find our room. While trying to find our room number, we noticed the room numbers not being in order, making it difficult to find our stay. There were kids toys left in the middle of the hallway. As soon as we opened the door to our room, there was an extreme smell of smoke and bo. The kitchen was dirty with crumbs and the bathroom had stains in the tub along with hair. The floors were dirty and the carpets were stained. Maybe keep looking The desk staff were friendly and helpful, but stretched pretty thin. My room had an overpowering cologne smell to it. I believe it was the plug in air freshener which I unplugged but still had to put it under the sink. The floor was not clean at all. My feet were black after a few minutes walking around the room. Desk chair was squeaky, hard and uncomfortable and much too low for the desk. I had to use the dining table and it was still a little too low for comfort. Worst front desk and they called the cops on me for noise complaints while I was in the restaurant up the street at BJ eating. Police ended up kicking me out no redund of a day or anything. STAY AWAY!!!
