Room smelled like potting soil. Was itchy the entire time I was in the room. Making sure to wash my clothes well after having slept there

Rude Check Inn The Women that checked me in was rude and condescending. Upon booking the room it provided me the option to pay in cash at the counter. She said that paying cash was not an option even upon checking out . I informed her that I have paid with cash before and she stated that I was not correct.

Dirty, appliances didn’t work, no staff on duty at night the laundry lady took my complaint

From the outside the hotel appeared clean; however, once you stepped through the doors the smell of cigarettes was extremely apparent. The lobby was clutter with boxes (looked like breakfast foods) and the elevator inspection had expired in April. The hallway on the second floor where are room was located had a smell of cigarettes and urine. Lower rated hotel Hotel staff was not friendly and never at front desk for assistance. Beds are rock hard. Fridge is very old. Rooms were not restocked before we came into our room. Wifi was horrible and dish kept losing signal. I will not be back.

not good I got there, no one at the desk. a cleaning woman finally came and wouldn't check me in. said no reservation despite showing confirmation

Never Again Not happy at all with my stay!! The pictures i have dont show how dirty it really was. The first person I meet was nice. Went down hill from there. The website said breakfast (one of the main reasons I pick this spot) they said the switched to grab and go (then put it on your website). Ok so I got breakfast.....no juice or water to grab. Worst hotel stay The worst hotel stay, and I travel frequently. Windows on first floor rooms did not lock; door handles were loose; lamps were dirty; "breakfast" was tiny granola bars, instant oatmeal, or little bagged muffins. No hairdryers in room. No coffee in rooms. TV remote was loose and the batteries kept falling out. Noise from other rooms to include large dogs barking.
