Non up to the times hotel No shampoo or soap in room had to go to front desk. Reserved room for three people only 2 sets of towels. Found bug (possibly cockroach) in kitchen area. Advertised free breakfast in add consisted of coffee and granola bars.

Not high end I was told by the representative that this hotel was a high end hotel, that was not my experience. The front desk was not welcoming. You had to ask for EVERYTHING and go get it yourself and the hotel needs to be updated.

Very poor Quality for money paid Keys were not working every time once going to room need to come to front desk for re-program. Breakfast not good choices. I am frequent traveller to area but would honestly will not pick this hotel since there are many other choice for same amount paid.
You get what you pay for... Check in was quick. My room, while clean, had a spartan, bare-bones quality. The bathtub was coated with a non-slip surface, which made bathing (not showering) painful. Amenities, such as a hair dryer, had to be requested. While the hairdryer was brought quickly to my room, it was broken. I could not find hotel staff at either the front desk or floating around the hallway to request another hair dryer. The staff break room door was open, so I peaked in. charged me for days I didn't stay Checked out at the front desk and was told I'd get a receipt in my email. They said I never checked out and charged me for two additional weeks. Don't trust them.
Dirty and smelled of bad weed Not a good experience and I will never return!!!
