Front desk no help I needed a room at midnight booked on Expedia for to hotel would not allow check in until 3 pm because it was booked after midnight. Would not allow early check in and was no help. Rude and offered no help other than cancelling my reservation and booking a room and would not help or honor the price

Price of room good, room was way to hot, actually ran air conditioning with out side temps around 32 degress and it was still to hot. Water temp for showers luke warm to the point if cold with no adjustments. Area good. Bathroom toilet unclean, feces on side of toilet. The room had a kitchenette with no utensils, dishes or supplies, no hair dryer. I was unaware that those items needed to be requested beforehand which is my fault. Very limited breakfast. :(

uncomfortable beds Beds uncomfortable, woke up with a back ache, pillows thin and cheap.

Mile high dust! This was, by far, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I've stayed at this property before and it was clean, cozy, and efficient. This time, the room was DISGUSTING. The dust on the phone was a mile high! There were dark marks on the toilet seat and the bathroom was just as dusty, old and rusty as the rest of the room. I called down to request a room change, but the property was full. Even my messy four-year-old noted how filthy the room was - we had no choice. We checked out 20 minutes after checking in.

Need to do a better job cleaning Room was very dirty. We had to clean the bathtub before we used it. Sheets were dirty. Motel needs an upgrade and more attention to cleaning.

Horrible hotel The entire hotel smelled of pot. The smell was so strong in our room it gave us a headache. Also around 4am someone left something on their stove and the hallways were Smokey from that. The bed sheets had hair and other gross particules on it so my husband and I slept on top of the cover because it was too late in the night for us to drive home.
