Bed was very uncomfortable and room was not clean.

Luke warm Shower... My big issue is that the water in the bath and shower were Luke warm at best. The staff didn't seem to care. I will be moving to a new location for my next visit.

Bed Bugs - Had to leave and move to another hotel We stayed at the Extended Stay at Easton for a conference taking place across the street. We had stayed at Extended Stays in the past without incident. On the first night, my wife could not sleep because of itchiness and she felt biting. We checked under the mattress to see if we saw a cause and found black spots (signs of bed bugs) under the fitted sheets were spots and had hair and other stains throughout. Close to shopping The kitchen was not stocked with anything to use. The parking lot was full of trash and there were sleeping people outside on the side doors on two different nights the hallways were dirty and filled with debris I would not recommend there and I did not feel safe there

Cooperate Traveler The hotel smells awful and the rooms are good for the price but they are filthy and gross. If they would just clean the carpet in that place and replace the automatic air fresheners in the hall, that would help tremendously. Secondly they need to replace their entire housekeeping staff. I saw 2 people checking out getting refunds because of how soiled and nasty that place was. I have allergies and immediately knew to look at the carpet. extended wait check in staff was terrible. was told we could check in at noon. but they laughed at us. then when my wife come back a few hours later ... they wouldn't let her check without me being there. no bathroom in the lobby, but one of the cleaning staff let my wife use the employee restroom

The walls are thin and I could hear everything going on above me and next to me. The linen needs to be replaced. No one explained to me that the rooms would only be cleaned if I stayed 8 days!
