I’ve stayed in better and I have stayed in worse. The service was good and I was treated with respect. Great location close to everything in that end of Columbus.

i would suggest that they not say they provide breakfast . granola bars. packed muffins and packages of instant oatmeal aren't nreakfast. thete was no molk for the oatmeal. no juice, no fruit. the coffee is put away at 9:30 am. i really believe it would be better to not advertise that they provide breakfast

We loved that there was a recliner in the room. Was not happy that they were super strict about checking in at 3 pm. Lady at the desk was actually a little rude about it. I have never gone to a hotel and not been able to check in. We were only there an hour early.

The AC in the room wouldn’t turn on. The room was stuffy. We had to open the windows. We checked in so late because our flight was delayed that we decided to live with it and sleep.

Checkin was quick, staff was friendly. Room was clean but it appears that all linens are washed together so there was pet hair on the sheets and blanket. For persons with allergies to pet hair like me, you get to wake up with red eyes and a stuffy nose. Should keep non-pet rooms & linens separated. The continental breakfast consists of instant oatmeal, breakfast bars and coffee/tea/cocoa—nothing for gluten-free persons. Will not be able to stay again unless a room is declared ‘pet free’.

‘Breakfast’ was pre-packaged muffins and oatmeal. Disappointing. Shower was noisy. Room was clean and ok. They updated half the flooring, but left old worn carpet on the rest.
