Location was good. Poor room amenities, poor breakfast, noisy beyond quiet hours.

Safe place to stay with kids Lots of fun places to shop and eat. Not far from the Columbus Zoo. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean area and quiet.

The room was nice and big but not veryclean. Used products still in the shower so obviously it hadnt been cleaned. Definitely needed to be vacuumed!

Not the best stay, but the stuff was nice. Had to Kill Spiders in the room and the hallways look like a vacuum hasn't been used in a while, trash bags sitting in the hall way. Room door lock was very loose and I think could of been pulled out of the jam if hit hard once. Had issues connecting to the Wifi and the tv had channel problems. Room had one small trash can so it filled up fast with a family of five. Staff was nice

Small room Room was small,we had to wait and take the bedding for the sofa bed to the room our selves. When the sofa was out you could hardly get by it.It had a kitchen but if you wanted to cook anything you had to request pans
