Very clean, and friendly staff. Disappointed that the pool was already drained when its still in the high 80's and 90's

It was an enjoyable stay. The room was clean, the facilities were in good shape and the staff was friendly and answered any questions.

I’ve stayed in better and I have stayed in worse. The service was good and I was treated with respect. Great location close to everything in that end of Columbus.

i would suggest that they not say they provide breakfast . granola bars. packed muffins and packages of instant oatmeal aren't nreakfast. thete was no molk for the oatmeal. no juice, no fruit. the coffee is put away at 9:30 am. i really believe it would be better to not advertise that they provide breakfast

We loved that there was a recliner in the room. Was not happy that they were super strict about checking in at 3 pm. Lady at the desk was actually a little rude about it. I have never gone to a hotel and not been able to check in. We were only there an hour early.

The AC in the room wouldn’t turn on. The room was stuffy. We had to open the windows. We checked in so late because our flight was delayed that we decided to live with it and sleep.
