Clean Convenient Cozy it was a nice place to stay the halls were a little smelly and the ice didn’t work other than that it was nice

The staff was great, very nice and personable. My room was an upgrade which was great, but the bathtub had hair in it, the fridge was kind of dirty, there was hair on the desk, pubes on the toilet, and the room smelled really odd. I had to go get a bottle of sanitizer and a cloth and clean my room before I felt o touching the flat surfaces. I'm sure it's a great place when it's cleaned properly.

The employees were nice, location was great, and pool was warm. The cleanliness wasn't very good both in the hotel room and throughout. Trash cans were full throughout the building ans at the entrances. The room had stains on the sheets and there was a towel from a previous person (s) hanging up behind the door, and cookie bits under one of the beds. The hotel was close to Shopping and restaurants. The room was big , with a kitchen.

Had to wait for 10 minutes to get into hotel due to getting in late. Had to call because there was no one at the front desk. Once we got in the person was really nice but then disappeared again. Elevator wouldn't work and the room was dark and dreary. Location was good but for the cost was overall disappointed.

Nice place, great location Our family stayed here briefly while traveling through the area. Decor is a bit dated, but our room was clean & comfortable. After-hours checkin was a bit slow, but it was late (almost midnight). This is a very nice area with several stores & restaurants, easy access to interstate 71!
