Convenient Location, but just OK Small rooms, room smell like burnt food, continental breakfast was awful.

I am a Telephone Technician and have worked at several Extended Stays in my local area in Virginia. This one in Columbus Ohio was by far the nicest, cleanest one I have been in. One disappointment was the "continental" breakfast. Just offering packaged muffins and granola bars does not, in my opinion, constitute a continental breakfast. My family was disappointed in this. This disappointment however was not enough to make me change my mind about giving this facility an excellent rating.

Hotel and staff were great. Information from Expedia was not current even though I distinctly shared that I only had cash. Had to do to Target to buy Visa card to pay for room.

Everything was fine except the continental breakfast. They only had flavored and sweetened creamer, no regular cream or milk except powdered (yuk!). No bagels, no English muffins. All that they had were store bought small blueberry muffins and oatmeal. But there was no hot water for the oatmeal when we got down there.

Great location. The breakfast consisted of granola bars and muffins. Extremely low water pressure in shower.

great alternative to everything else around there Clean, newer place. room was comfortable with all the amenities you expect from an extended stay place. Quiet at night and comfortable bed. I will definitely stay there again

Good location, close to our activities Hotel staff and room was great, aside from some cleaning issues in our bathroom upon arrival, and the 15+ minute wait to check in due to other customers and only 1 reception worker. Was also expecting just a little more than coffee and a muffin or granola bar for breakfast options. There always seems to be a funky smell lingering the hallway and stairwells.

Clean and friendly We are a party of 3 and I was worried about the condition of our room, but the staff was nice and our room was clean. Pull out couch wasn’t bad either. Overall I was satisfied with my experience here.
