Good value and good location. Check in staff was somewhat lame. We checked in after 10 pm and front doors were locked which I have no problem with. However I had to call on the phone for late checkin repeatedly to get a response. After at least 15 min. a desk clerk finally showed up but offered no apology nor explanation for delay. Otherwise our stay was good. The beds were comfortable and the AC was cold.

The only complaint I have is that it took over 30 minutes to check in. The woman at the front desk reported there were call-offs.

Convenient Location, but just OK Small rooms, room smell like burnt food, continental breakfast was awful.

I am a Telephone Technician and have worked at several Extended Stays in my local area in Virginia. This one in Columbus Ohio was by far the nicest, cleanest one I have been in. One disappointment was the "continental" breakfast. Just offering packaged muffins and granola bars does not, in my opinion, constitute a continental breakfast. My family was disappointed in this. This disappointment however was not enough to make me change my mind about giving this facility an excellent rating.

Hotel and staff were great. Information from Expedia was not current even though I distinctly shared that I only had cash. Had to do to Target to buy Visa card to pay for room.
