Polaris Stay When I came into my room, the heating/air unit was blowing full blast and I tried to turn it down with the controls on it. I called the front desk and the woman who answered said "The thermostat is on the wall". She was very short and didn't seem interested in helping me. I went to the wall unit and attempted to turn the fan off and several combinations but the unit kept blowing cool air at full blast no matter what I did. Great location and large comfortable room especially for the cost. Only downside, no coffee maker in room. Staff were very good.

Our stay was very good except that the bed was only a double, not queen. Very tight for two. No drinking cups and no cooking utensils.

Your clocks need to be set for the right time , your nite stands are dirty , the breakfast is a joke , change your coffee it’s nasty watched people throw it away , the hot water isn’t hot for hot tea and where are the bowls for your oatmeal, really I couldn’t do this to the public they pay good money to stay at these hotels so you could spend some good money to feed them better , your tub doesn’t drain well I shouldn’t be standing in my own dirty water, I think I will think twice before I stay at this hotel anywhere, your sh... read more
