This hotel was spotless! The staff was very helpful and even had fresh coffee in the afternoon!
I booked online, found the rates to be reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful
Had to switch rooms due to odor and dirt. Second room was better but still an odor
Not very clean bathroom. Asked for additional pillows none awailable
This hotel is a little dated and the breakfast was barely there.
Short Stay But Great Only stayed one night but everything was great. Requested first floor room and actually got one! Ideal location for shopping and restaurants. Pet friendly!
Disappointing First of all we didn't get a 1st floor room as requested. Then the toilet was plugged. They were rude very poor customer service and the bathtub wasn't clean and for some reason they made a big deal over us getting extra towels.it was supposed to be no smoking and that's all you could smell up and down the hallways very very unhappy
