Room smelled like cigarettes, decor was dated, breakfast was disappointing.

Service is not great. Rooms are nice though. Was not aknlowleged when I first entered the lobby. No one else in there, worker didn't even stand up or say hi. Room was missing extra set of bedding for our 5th person. Had to go to the lobby and get it on my own. Pool had people drinking smoking and cussing not very family friendly. Found a roach in the bathroom. Went down for breakfast at 6:15am, nothing was out even though they wrote down 6am breakfast starts.

Shop till you drop!!! As usual we had a great visit!! We love all the things you can do .. shortnorth is a few minutes away.. shopping @ your front door.. great weekend getaway!!!!

Even with an upgrade, wasn’t thrilled. Walked in and lights didn’t work, went to sleep and couldn’t because someone’s tv or radio was on very loud all night long.

Check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the lack of insulation in the floor and ceiling. We could hear the people above us walking on the wood floor and I'm sure the people below could hear us. The bathroom lighting was adequate, but for someone with low vision, it could be a little brighter. Overall, I would stay there again.

In room microwave was dirty, the hallway smelled like a dirty (excrement) diaper. Shower head worked 1/2 way only.

Comfortable, quiet hotel with friendly staff. I really liked my room, nicely furnished with functional pieces. I appreciated getting my requested kitchen dishes, pots, etc, in a big plastic tote --very clean, though basic. The grounds are nicely kept and the location is close by many resources. The one thing I found less than ideal was the "grab and go" breakfast, which had instant oatmeal, muffins, granola bars, coffee, and hot water, plus non-dairy creamer.
