The area felt unsafe. There were several men standing around the front door, some were smoking. The smell hit your face , they looked like they were up to no good. The rooms were not very clean. I rented 2 rooms one had a dirty Q- Tip under a folded towel on the bathroom sink. Seen a few roaches in both rooms. Also there Wes roach feces on the outlets. I felt gross out. We will not be coming here again. The only good thing was the lady at the front desk was was kind.

Carpet hadn't been vacuumed. Hair all over sink and floor in restroom. Only 1 trash can in room that was filled with trash from prior occupant.

I’ll sleep on the street outside than this hotel next! The staff gave me a towel I requested that is unclean and scattered. He also told me “if I don’t mind ,I should get the dirty towel downstairs for him. This hotel I wouldn’t do it for $2 a night. I would rather sleep outside!!

Firstly, I want to commend the staff. The property is a bit run down and in need of a good scrubbing, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The room needed mopping badly. All the bedsheets were stained. The pullout mattress was dingy and discolored. The floors were very uneven and sloping. The room layout was awkward. There was a fist fight in the room next to us and management did nothing to resolve the situation. Water bug in the bathroom. Air conditioner went out in middle of night. Says continental breakfast: only chocolate muffins and plain oatmeal available. Coffee was not good.

The water in the bathtub drained poorly. The curtain in the bathtub had a musty smell. The meaning of the word "extended" in the name of the hotel for me always meant that there was a mini-kitchen and a set of dishes for this kitchen. And it always was. But now to get a plate and fork - you have to pay $ 20 for this. Very strange.

Chose this place for the pool and breakfast. The pool was dirty and people were drinking and smoking in the water. The free breakfast was old muffins, ran out of coffee and package oatmeal. The room had werid stains on the carpet and beds. Had no ice in hotel except for these empty ice trays. No trash cans in the room at all. Tried using the stove it started smoking like it was going to catch on fire.

I have stayed at an Extended Stay before and never have I experienced what my family and I went through. The room was beyond filthy. It was so bad that we left in the middle of night and thankfully found a more suitable hotel nearby.

I have zero complaint about the staff, They were all very nice and helpful in everyway they could! With that being said, the hotel needs major change with the cleaning department, It was very disgusting! We had to request a room change when we first got there because the smell of cigarettes with humidity inside the room was out of the ordinary.
