Uncomfortable Stay Dirty room, hair on tables, dead roach on shower stall, black finger prints on bathroom door. We made the decision to stay only because the stay was paid before we were able to see the room and no refunds would be made. We purchased gloves, disinfecting wipes and disinfecting spray and cleaned ourselves. This is the first time we’ve experienced this on vacation. Horrible.

Pass on this hotel. Really dissatisfied with the overall stay. Desk clerk was the best part... Friendly and easy check in. Room was stuffy and humid. Missing pillows, hair dryer, no smoke detector, no tv remote, bad water pressure... And the list goes on. Definitely pass on this place next time we visit.

Staff nice. Very noisy and loud when trying to sleep. Floors and bathrooms dirty.

Great staff but not very clean Front desk staff was friendly and professional. The hotel is pet friendly but it is not very clean overall. Dirty ground floor, dirty elevator. dirty hall carpeting. Overall funky smell. Great location and various nearby restaurants. I wouldn't stay here again only because of hotel cleanliness. The staff was great.

Terrible! Rude people! Dirty smell. Fleas! Front desk Calling and knocking at 9:30 in the morning asking if we are going to check out! Check out is 11:00 ! Never again!
