Worst place to stay. I don't reccomend this place. Hotel rooms are dirty staff are all related and don't care about the guests at all theres roaches ants and a dirty condom under the bed that me and my wife found in a room the only thing that the hotel did was switch us rooms we tried and stayed but the experience just got worse with another guest threatening me and my wife cops were called by the receptionist who even started to curse at me and my wife before the police arrived. The front desk was super sweet. However the room we were given was awful. The bathroom was big clean, there was a cockroach in there and a dead but on the floor. I guess it could have been expected considering what we paid.

The room itself was spacey but was dirty the dressers was missing drawers couch’s was ripped air conditioner made crazy noise no breakfast offered

The pool was dirty. Hadn't been cleaned in days. The floor in the bedroom was uneven by the bed. You could feel where a piece of floor was missing. Breakfast was a grab and go, not what I expected when it says breakfast available. Say it is continental. Front desk personnel were friendly.

No breakfast as it has been promoted online Very bad experience. I booked two rooms of 6 family members because it says they provide the breakfast. While checking in, we knew that they don’t provide any breakfast. The hotel with a big name & a website that we trusted should not cheat the customer this way. I wanted extra towels and they girl at the front desk said I would have to bring the dirty towels back first then she would give me clean ones really who does that?

Garbage hotel. The room smelled. The AC unit leaked. Told them to fix it. Never did. The continental breakfast was a joke. Want my money back.
