Will start off by saying the property is hardly maintained…… the lobby is very small. No one is ever available at the front desk, you got to keep ringing bell to call someone….. shampoo , soap, dishes, dish washer needs to be carried by the customer to their room even towels , blankets and sheets. No ice maker, in the name of breakfast it’s just muffins and coffee which stinks. Vacation stay ruined We booked a room at this hotel through Hotels.com after indicating that we would be traveling with 3 adults (2 parents and an adult child) and 2 children under 18. The room description stated that there were "multiple beds" and space enough to accommodate the travelers registered for the stay. When we arrived, we were given a room with two queen beds and a single chair that neither rolled out nor reclined.
