Breakfast was promised and not delivered. Room floors were very dirty and blackened the soles of my slippers. I killed a roach very shortly after checking in. Parking was fine. My knit cap disappeared during my stay.

We were greeted by a few unwanted guests (roaches) as soon as we walked into the room. We bought some spray and kept it on hand whenever we saw one afterwards but what we didn’t account for was bed bugs… my daughter and wife were visited the first night, for some reason I was lucky then the second night they gators me up. I will say thanks for one thing my wife was the one who picked it to save a lil money over the suites I usually pick and I’ll never have to worry about it again cause she’ll gladly pick the same places I ty... read more

Roaches and smoking allowed in the room Roaches, left half way through our stay. Our child is in the hospital nearby so it seemed like a great location. Nasty, it must be an ongoing as the person we checked out with was not shocked or surprised when we complained of smoke smell in the room, a bag over the smoke detector and finally seen roaches.

Horrible water pressure in shower

The room was very dark, nothing bright. Just gave a very gloomy feeling! I also asked for a hair dryer and was told they didn’t have one. Would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Great location and friendly staff But old, nasty, dirty rooms

Uncomfortable Stay Dirty room, hair on tables, dead roach on shower stall, black finger prints on bathroom door. We made the decision to stay only because the stay was paid before we were able to see the room and no refunds would be made. We purchased gloves, disinfecting wipes and disinfecting spray and cleaned ourselves. This is the first time we’ve experienced this on vacation. Horrible.
