One staff member, ck in took an hour as she couldn’t work iPad. Bug powder in hallways and elevator. Rotting food in fridge, dirty dishes in sink. Eviction notice on floor of room. Prostitutes coming and going with customers. We left immediately. Also even though I confirmed our room in the afternoon, there was no such room available and they gave us that uncleaned room. Lots of things out-of-service, broken, or missing. I don't typically write negative reviews, but... We stayed here because of the location, and the price was a lot more than several hotels in the area so we had assumed we'd get our money's worth... NOPE. First off, the pool is closed ALL SUMMER (Texas is already experiencing 100° weather, so this is ridiculous). When I got there to check in, they didn't have a room reserved for me. The front desk guy named Jarred did a very good job trying to help me. He even spoke to his manager Valerie and said it was ok for me to get transferred in the morning to a room with 2 beds. I went to front desk in the morning and asked about what was told to me at night. Dena/AGM was very rude and not even trying to help. Terrible desde el primer día. NO LO RECOMIENDO. Estuve 15 días hospedador y la atención desde el primer día fue terrible, tuve que esperar 3 horas para esperar que llegara alguien al frontdesk para hacer el check in, Durante mi estancia cada vez fue peor, y el personal muy desagradable. El termostato no funcionó y no hubo nadie para revisarlo, tuve que cambiar de habitación como a las 8 de la noche después de haber pasado una noche con mucho frío. En resumen NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Property needs rehab. Guest questionable. Seem very low life. The motel canceled my reservation. By the way, I would have canceled and not stayed. Not safe!

I never got to stay there. There was no staff to che k me in. I had to look for another hotel.
