The staff was excellent. The property was clean. My room stayed around 76-78 degrees all night long. I was hot all night and only slept about 5 hours. I got up at 6:00 and went to get breakfast because hey...I'm awake. What a let down. The following items were all that was offered. I have to learn when I get there that due to renovations and reduced staff there weren't any rooms and I had to find another hotel for the weekend and they still charged me for a night.

Made a reservation but upon showing up to check in was told they gave my room away because they over booked. Why even make a reservation if they are just going to give my room to someone else, not even paying attention to how many rooms they have available. Extremely upsetting experience.

Worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I booked the hotel online and showed up to the hotel after an 18 hour work day. Upon trying to check in, no one answered the phone to get let in because it was after hours, so I sat outside in the cold for five plus minutes. Upon entering, the lobby smelled strongly of cannabis, the tile lobby floor was extremely dirty, there was trash all over, but I provided all the necessary documents pursuant to check in policies. Went to hotel to check in, no one was at reception. Called the desk and the customer service line several times and still nobody showed up.
