Bathroom tub really bad condition, didn’t feel like take a shower there

It may not be fault on hotel side but there was power outage so had to write down all info on paper including credit card, no water as vending not working due to power outage, no light in room , rest room as power outage. I wish there was generator

Ok if you don’t mind fights in the parking lot Irving is a nice area, but the clientele at this hotel was definitely low class. My friends and I (all older females) hurried in and out of the door through a gauntlet of men sitting around drinking beer and smoking. One night two of the men got into a fight. There was a young woman on our floor high on drugs and walking around having a conversation with herself or an imaginary friend. Terrible and unsafe. When you try to lock the front door and realize there is clear tape over the opening keeping you from locking both locks, there's a problem. I looked at the windows and 3 out of 4 of them were unlocked, allowing anyone from the outside to remove the screen and enter. I carry protection so I wasn't worried but if my wife was there by herself, very dangerous. Disappointed, was offered coupons for another visit......

Dallas Family Reunion I was totally upset with our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was lack luster, there was a stench in the room as if the previous customer had fried fish in the room that would not go away. The quality of service is non-existent, and this is where my frustration lies. The hotel advertised that there were kitchenettes, with dishes this was not the case. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The "free breakfast" was nonexistent, the pool was unusable, the lock on our door was broken off, and the tv did not work. The AC was also hardly functional. The only positives about this hotel are the location and staff. As for comfort, this place has none.

Long-term residence for locals or contractors - there were a lot of people just hanging around outside at all hours of the day. Hotel has undergone some basic renovations (new paint, vinyl flooring) however the overall feel of the hotel is one of slapstick repair and bandaids. Lighting is awful, beds are mediocre, and the back building where I stayed has poor security. If you need a place with a kitchenette for a long term stay, this would be great.
