My experience at this hotel was horrible. They double charged my card even though I checked and the first charge was showing it went through. I called to let the hotel know I was arriving at 12:30 am. When I got there the front desk was closed and the printer was printing papers. So I was told to wait for 5min which turned into more than an hour. The lady would disappear into a room and come out and say “Oh, it’s still printing and disappear again. After an hour finally she decided to shut down the computer to check me in. H... read more

The breakfast sucks I need some eggs and bacon or Atleast some toast not some bars

Bad Hotel Check In Process stool 40Mins. Hotel Smelled Bad And The Rooms Wasn’t not Avery’s clean. TV Didn’t work.

I did not like this hotel at all and never ever recommend it to anyone. I had to change the room because the room was not clean. The front desk was not available and sometimes talks on the phone long time. No breakfast available about 7 am. I had to ask front desk why there is nothing left in break fast. she had to bring some stuff like cake and clean the breakfast bar. There were two washer machines which were out of order. I was disappointed in this extended stay for a few reasons. The toilet didn’t work for two days and staff would not address the situation. When I went down to complain they handed me a dirty plunger and wished me luck. Also, no sheets or pillows on the bed, I had to return to the lobby to ask for bedding. The room smelled strongly of sweat and vomit. There was a strange black mold growing in the window seals. Also, the cockroaches come out at night and they are the size of silver dollars. Our tv sound went in and out..... Thevtoilet stopped up and they brought us a plunger but stated they couldnt plunge it that was something that we had to do........ We had to bring the dirty towels to get clean ones at the front desk
