Room was dirty and had a bad smell. Found blood on pull out mattress. Manager was really nice and understand thst we didn't want to stay.

Won't return Hotel was smelly, no maid service, have to go up front to get/replace towels, card readers didn't work due to rain water getting in them (which could be understandable, but there was no cover to prevent water from getting in the reader), a/c didn't work as it should have, shower curtain was way too short and water went everywhere, sheets smelt and the pillows didn't have pillow cases.

Extremely Noisy. Few amenities, Checkin took over 30 minutes. The room with you know you could hear every footstep in conversation nearby. With awakened at 4:30 the first morning by staff loudly talking and laughing in the hallway. Asked to be moved to another room and was told they would look into it for me but nothing done. Overall terrible experience for three nights today.

Not worth the price Front desk insisted on 3pm check or else a price penalty would be added, waited in and near hotel for 2 hours. The Marriott I checked into the next day was ok with an early check in, 4 hours earlier. There was no one at the front desk and there would of been if I hadn't called someone. Front desk was ignorant and rude. Never staying at another Extended Stay, I've added to my friends in social media to do the same.

BOOK THIS HOTEL AT YOUR OWN RISK. WORST EXPERIENCE This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. No Customer Service The hotel and rooms smelled awful. They sprayed the room a/c with a strong mint which burned my eyes & throat. I complained and they moved me to a smoking room. Equally awful. I was told They only have one person cleaning the rooms. The halls smelled of either smoke or dog feces. Guests played loud vulgar music poolside.

The worst stay ever I've booked by hotels.com room had a very bad Oder no room service for two days I have seen motels 6 and super 8 look better and more cleaner
