Long-term residence for locals or contractors - there were a lot of people just hanging around outside at all hours of the day. Hotel has undergone some basic renovations (new paint, vinyl flooring) however the overall feel of the hotel is one of slapstick repair and bandaids. Lighting is awful, beds are mediocre, and the back building where I stayed has poor security. If you need a place with a kitchenette for a long term stay, this would be great. 💥GO SOMEWHERE ELSE💥 The 1st room I was given smelled so badly I had to change rooms. The 2nd one was quite dirty. Food on the floor, something dark on the side of the tub, drawers filthy. Just all around unclean. I wasn’t planning on staying much in the room so I stayed there. I left at 5am Wednesday. Today, 4-26-18, I was double charged for an additional 6 days. I paid for 5 when I arrived on 4-20-18 (- 4-25-18) After talking on the phone for 1 1/2 hours, I (hopefully) have a refund coming for the additional 6 days. Extre... read more

False advertisement The hotel was nothing as advertised online, and those pics must be from when this place initially opened however many yrs ago. The room was horrible. It wasn’t completely cleaned upon arrival. The bathtub, refrigerator, and the freezer had major rust in it, and the freezer had a big hole in the center of it which you could see the inside of the refrigerator from. I went to Candlewood across the street. I did not stay there and would like my money back. The lady at the desk was very nice but they put me in a separate building which was not clean and as an 80 year old woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe.

Terrible Customer Service & Hotel We booked two rooms (2 Technicians each room) for an extended stay check in date Oct 21st and check out date will be Nov 16th. Rooms were not clean upon check in. One of the rooms above our tech room was leaking through the ceiling. Refrigerator was not working and food was spoiled. The customer service was unacceptable. Bedbugs with pictures. Bedbugs! Yep bedbugs in the room. I was bitten on my leg and arm and shoulder. 2 and 3 Times in a row. Unfortunately I didn’t notice them the first night, was too tired. Complained to the front desk and they said it was not thier problem. So just packed and left.

terrible was terrible since i booked 3 rd party i did not have priority on room. was switched to another extended stay. not what i was expecting at all.
