We stayed for a week. The location had great access to a major tollway. Our room was quiet, including the air conditioners. The management staff were friendly and kind, especially Karen at the front desk. They provided everything we required for the kitchen. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Coffee, tea, oatmeal and muffins were provided every morning in the lobby. We would definitely stay there again.

Check in process needs work. Front office construction made check in confusing. CC machine down and cash only upset two customers ahead of me. I was grateful my room was pre paid.

A work in progress. The hotel seems to be in the process of ownership or management transition and remodeling. Breakfast bar is marginal. Coffee not very good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Property seemed poorly lit, and was difficult to find initially. Hopefully it’s just in transition and will be better in the future.

Bad experience The first night was terrible. I had already paid for my room online but the guy working that night said their system was down so he wouldn’t let me stay unless I paid again with cash. The next day I went back & the girl working there was very nice, let apologized & let me stay the rest of my reservation.

Plano Visit The staff was pleasant. The elevator was not working the two days we were there and we were on the 2nd floor. The rooms need updating. There was no housekeeping service but luckily we had extra towels and plenty of toilet paper! The "free" breakfast is misleading - it's only beverages, oatmeal packets and granola bars.
