Bad experience The first night was terrible. I had already paid for my room online but the guy working that night said their system was down so he wouldn’t let me stay unless I paid again with cash. The next day I went back & the girl working there was very nice, let apologized & let me stay the rest of my reservation.

Plano Visit The staff was pleasant. The elevator was not working the two days we were there and we were on the 2nd floor. The rooms need updating. There was no housekeeping service but luckily we had extra towels and plenty of toilet paper! The "free" breakfast is misleading - it's only beverages, oatmeal packets and granola bars.

Great Place To Stay I came in for a training for 2 days located at the hotel so I booked my room there for 2 days. The rooms on the pics look different meaning the rooms and layout were much nicer than I expected . Overall the hotel was nice and very clean and the staff were very nice !
