I got locked out of my room twice and couldn’t find any staff to help took me over an hour to find someone
Room smelled like a truck stop. Sheets were not clean.

The man at the front desk was nice however we found bed bugs

Only good thing about our stay was the location. Free breakfast is just grab and go. No coffee maker in rooms. You have to request from the front office. But bring your own coffee because it is not provided. Chose this hotel because se it offered rooms that sleeps 6 with 2 queens and a pull out couch. The pull out couch had springs coming out and full of stains. There wasn’t any bedding for the pullout couch and when asked the front desk, we got 2 sheets but they didn’t have any pillows. Upon arrival they did not have the room I had originally booked they did not have a room for. I needed two beds and they gave me a room with one bed

Do not stay at this hotel. Room smelled like cigarettes, pool was completely disgusting, staff was never there and the bathrooms badly needed renovations.
