The stay was not so good, we had to change our room 3 times due to us not having hot water.

Terrible experience It was terrible: First despite of having a guaranteed reservation, we were told upon our arrival at 11 p.m. that there is NO reservation and we should go some where else. We asked for the manager and tried to call Hotels.com. After thirty minutes of arguments we, were given a room. The room was filthy, the carpets on the entire floor were dirty. We have never seen such a breakfast provided by the hotel. A coffee and a muffin??

I had to wait two and hours and was issued a no show cause the staff at the desk was sleeping for over two hours. Sad but true

Nasty Front desk employee was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. The elevators were out of service, which was not disclosed to us until after we were checked in. We were put on the 3rd floor. The entire floor, including the room, smelled like urine. There was a fingernail in the bed which was made. That tells me that the sheets were never changed after the last guests. Horrible place and terrible customer service I called enroute because we were delayed due to weather and the person that answered said it would be no problem. However, upon arrival at 1 am, we were informed that they were unable to check us in due to a power outage ( even though the lights and automatic doors were operational) and good luck in finding a place to stay. Our trailer was stolen off our vehicle overnight. No cameras anywhere on property. Seriously? It's 2022!

Disappointed It took over 30 mins to check in. Room was not the cleanest. Shoes stick to the floor. Hardly any hot water.
