The front desk staff between 9-4 pm is extremely rude. Elevator was broken and she offered no help from her staff for hauling my large international travel suitcases up the stairs.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT STAY HERE! Took 15 min for me to check in. They gave me a room that was under construction. Ladder in bathtub, sheet rock on floor, empty cans on table. They struggled to find a clean room left in hotel at 7pm. The front desk didn't know what to do or how to run the computer. 2 people working and arguing on how to fix it. Neither could. Had to request refund and pick somewhere else.

Elevator was broken the entire time I was there. Elevator was broken the entire time I was there. I had to haul all of my luggage up three flights of stairs and back down again when I left. The sign on the elevator said they would fix it ASAP - I was there for five days and didn't see a single soul working on it. That was a dreadful experience This was horrible. I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and this one is hands down the worst experience. The hotel staff was extremely rude. There was trash in the fridge and a dirty rag in the shower. The smoke detector had been ripped from the ceiling. The ac made a loid noise when it was on. The elevator was broken and we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with two of us being disabled vets. Every trash can in the stairwell was full of trash, ie dirty diapers. Not even worth $63. 0 guest service. Just awful. Go to Hyatt Place next door.

Never stay again !! Elevator didn’t work. Stayed at the same hotel 2 weeks back. It didn’t work then. For breakfast, they served coffee and an energy bar - that’s all !! Didn’t see housekeeping for all 4 days that I was there.

Very Disappointing When we checked in the room was not cleaned, there were items in the cabinets and fridge. The sheets were dirty there was hair on the bed and in the bathroom. They moved us to another one and the bed was hard. Plus the room smelled like smoke.

Not a very good experience. elevator was not working had to up 3 floors. Beds ate very uncomfortable.

Terrible Terrible, not clean, smelled in room! Food left in fridge, clothes left in bathroom from previous people.
