I need my gas money byck When I arrived there the front desk showed no sign of life…… called from the spiderweb covered adams family phone in the lobby and still no desk worker. When he finally came up I was told the room was booked and that I could not have my money back… it resulted in me having to drive 2 1/2 hrs to Oklahoma at 3am

Staff were kind. Room smelled terrible. Tried to get moved but no. Stuck to bathroom and kitchen floor like it was fly paper.

Our check-in girl was super nice and did inform us after the fact that the elevators were not working. She did go try to find a maintenance man to help carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. I’m handicapped & my mother is elderly. I would’ve gladly paid another guest to help us, but no one came around. Same issue when checking out, no one to help. Also no house cleaning the entire weekend, there had been moldy food left in the microwave and just series of unfortunate events. I now know where not to stay next time.

Our room was not the room advertised. I complained about this to the clerk and was told that they are aware of the problem but corporate has to fix it. Basically they are falsely advertising and know they are doing it. It was so late by the time we got there that we had to take the room so we had to figure out sleeping arrangements for 3 adults and could not use the pull out bed because it was so filthy. Awful Place, Unsafe. Dirty, and I felt that they didn’t take safety precautions to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Bugs in sink, toilet, cabinets. Couch torn up, Paid extra for a King and received a queen. Never going to this location again.

Go somewhere else The cleanliness was not maintained at all and the second floor hallway smelled so bad I gagged. Towels were stained yellow.. dirt was all over the floors. Don’t stay.
