The hotel was everything the reviews said. The hallway carpets were dirty. The toilets were dirty. We were scared to lay in the beds. We checked out early because of the cleanliness of the hotel.

Old, No So Clean, and Understaffed Don't recommend this hotel... As we walked in, we were quickly informed that we couldn't check in until much later because they only had one maid. There were a few times where I had to use the phone to find the front desk person; I assume they were working in the back or on a break. When the staff was available, they were nice but slow. unprofessional I will not stay here again. The front desk was very rude as was housekeeping. They pounded on the door and asked if we were leaving soon. At 10am... checkout was at 11. The room had a bad smell too.

Disappointing Stay We were very surprised to learn that we would not get room service unless you stayed there more than 5 days. Very diappointed with Expedia that this was not explained. The room smelled and the neighbors in the rooms down the hall kept everybody up past 2:00 am. The phone in the room was not working and it was not until the second day that we got a working phone. Nice hotel, from what I saw on the outside... ...but they were out of rooms after I received my reservation from my online reservations provider, and didn't bother to email me! I get to the front desk and they don't have my reservation... took 10 minutes to figure out someone in their "home office" cancelled my reservation! I was reimbursed, so that's ok, but it was frustrating!

Very dirty rooms!!! The staff was courtesy. However, the room was dirty. Dirt and grime was in the drawers in the kitchen. Stains were on the carpet and dirty (I keep my shoes on). Bed spread was wrinkled and the bed skirt. Pillow cases looked like they had makeup stains on them. The couch fabric was worn and torn. Bathroom mirror was not clean and streaked. Worst hotel I've ever been to. Even if u get paid for staying here.. Don't do it. Specially with the family.

Worst night I ever spent in a hotel Just keep looking. Staff is rude, towels are minuscule & thin, bed is so bad I considered sleeping in my car about 2am. Amenities are non-existent.
