It is not what was expected. sofa bed overly worn; breakfast was ridiculous; room personal toiletries poorly supplied; under staffed

BAD Management Room 134 The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room it was not. I spoke with the manager named chase the next morning he said he would refund me, for me to call hotels.com and he would verify it 5 days later nothing chase doesn't remember our conversation. There was some slime on the nightstand that had hair in it. Had to spray air freshener throughout the room to try to kill the smell. Very nasty. Never again.
stay far away from that place the dirtiest place ever seen before the way we left the place at 05:00 am bed was twin and dirty ,sofa looks like they found that in dumpster, bunch a guys were sitting with the big bottle of wisky and beers while kids were around them.when we came back with so much and bad memory.

The front desk was great and rest all was really bad.
CLOSE TO MUST SEE SIGHT VERY CLOSE TO HOSPITAL ITS OK BEING THAT WE ARE HERE DUE TO MOVING ISSUES ITS GETTING US BY THE PRICE IS RIDICULOUS OUTSTANDING FOR WHAT WE HAVE
Dirty Omg...I never going back.... Room was so dirty. I could see dust all over the place.
