No free breakfast, limited amenities, pretty nice staff, manager not so much. Could improve with better quality of housekeeping services. You get what you pay for.

Dirty towels (brown stains on them and curly black hairs all over them). No shampoo nor soap was provided in the bathroom. Terrible cleanliness.

The property has not been maintained very well. They have removed most amenities from the rooms. No dishes not even a plastic cup for the bathroom. When my husband asked for cups at the front desk he was given the cups from the coffee service at the front desk. No hair dryer, when asked about it I was told the owners removed them because last year when I stayed at this property they had them. No coffees pot in the room. disappointed The website did not state that the pool was closed for the season. Very disappointed my son could not swim. Also the AC in our room did not work well at all. No elevators for the second floor and lobby bathroom had community soap instead of pump soap and no toilet. The front girl was very nice. Also no ice machine in hotel. I will not stay there again.

1) Upon arrival, I waited at the front desk for roughly 5 minutes while the employee joked around with her friend in the lobby. 2) I booked a king bed and the employee said there were no king bed rooms. She said she would "upgrade me to a double bed room" as if that is a step up. I asked to cancel the reservation and for my money back and she said that was not possible since I booked through Expedia. 3) There were bugs in my room. I took pictures for proof. 4) There was shampoo but no conditioner or shower gel.
