1) Upon arrival, I waited at the front desk for roughly 5 minutes while the employee joked around with her friend in the lobby. 2) I booked a king bed and the employee said there were no king bed rooms. She said she would "upgrade me to a double bed room" as if that is a step up. I asked to cancel the reservation and for my money back and she said that was not possible since I booked through Expedia. 3) There were bugs in my room. I took pictures for proof. 4) There was shampoo but no conditioner or shower gel.
Took 30 minutes to check in and the room wasn’t made. Only 1 towel. If I wasn’t tired and had a rough night, would have complained to everyone that would listen. Check in guy was an idiot.
ventilation sucks. my daughter has asthma. difficulty breathing. and the beds smells of animals. What a pity.

Horrible night Right when I arrive I check in get card to room I go around key won't open doors go property go all the way back in lobby have to stand in line 15 min for another key that will open door. Then ac is out in my room then snack machines didnt work with cash it says use correct change which was 1.60 wouldn't take dime. Got so frustrated
