Afte I had already been given a key, I was called down to the office. Had my card on file, would not process the payment any way other than a physical use of the card which didn't go through. Even after being shown proof of sufficient funds and also shown I had more than the required amount in cash, would not let me check into my reserved room.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days with no one checking to see if we need our trash taken out or if we needed clean towels. On the last two nights the hot water wasn’t working and it was loud with banging noise because we discovered that they where working in the walls next door to us with our notice . They could’ve at least gave us notice or another room . And when we first arrived i asked did they have a pool they say it was closed til June 1st but when the 1st came it turned in to another week . HOTEL WREAKED OF ROTTEN SEWAGE YUCK! STAY AWAY!!

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was covered in stains, cigarette holes in the bedding, black mold and dirty carpets. There was a granola bar and muffin laid out on the table for the “continental breakfast”. The pool was closed even with the 101degree temperatures and people were constantly hanging out around outside being loud at night.

The room stank and was not cleaned well. This place is old and it is showing. It needs a solid re-vamp. They are almost there but the rooms stank, the bathroom smelled so bad I had to go buy an air freshener and keep the light/fan on 24/7 in order to make it bearable. I will not be back.

Extended stay Checked in. Bathroom floor was wet and sticky. Used soap still in the tub. Disgusting.
