Wall Heater and Refrigerator from HELL My hotel room had a very noisy and loud wall heater AND refrigerator ... both very annoying. Did not get much sleep. And, the front desk clerk was very "unprofessional" ... she didn't seem to know what she was doing with her reservation computer or with their printer for my hard copy check-in receipt. And, she gave me a room plastic card key for the WRONG room ... I had to drag my bag back down to the front desk, to get the correct room key. Bugs Little raoch in the kitchen. No elevator to get up floors.

Not good - would not recommend, did not get unit booked, place was sketchy and staff was mediocre.

Mixed Bag The hotel looked nice and the staff was very friendly. My single king sized room turned out to be a double-double bedroom, one of the beds had not been made and towels from the previous occupant were left in the floor of the bathroom.

It was just ok, but the biggest problem I had was being charged TWICE for a one night stay this something that I’m very unhappy with!

Lazy people, ok rooms, bad conditions Initially greeted by very friendly staff upon arrival. Room was nice but felt unclean...not dirty, but like corners were cut when changing items from previous customer. Parking lot is shared with a Pho restaurant that stinks up the hallways. My stay was ruined by an abundance of garbage that stacked up and it's stink made its way inside of the rooms. Spoke with multiple people the next day about how bad it was. Pass on this one! From staff to cleanliness to no continental breakfast and more, I would never ever stay in another Extended Stay America facility. I did receive a refund...it is on its way....will have to wait and see if I really do receive the refund per Expedia and Hotel Management!
