Not very good Other than the staff being friendly, I'd say stay away. The rooms are huge, but they are better suited for a prom party than staying: My door did not lock without significant fiddling - in the end, I had to use the safety latch. I stuck to the floors. It's a stay america right? Not one utensil or dish in the place. No TV in the bedroom. There looked like a blood accident happened in the bedroom. There was no shampoo or any toiletries provided except bar soap. The water was so hard I'm pretty sure I didn't wash ... read more

Horrible room and service this is the worst I have ever seen in a hotel. After requesting to speak with gm 4 days later still haven't heard from them.

Had paid dor king size bed and nevr got one .wifi wasnt working and there didnt have breakfast as advertised on their website

inconvenienced This was a horrible experience. It started with the check in when I swiped my card it said unauthorized card. The front desk agent stated they never since this before. Then I ask for a manager she comes out and explains very rude to go get cash and there was nothing they could do about it. From there I left and called reservation told them about what was going on and they stated that if my card was MasterCard and I shouldn't have had any problems. Not very clean The lobby was okay but the room wasn't very clean we also seen 3 bugs in the room

Dirty Did not stay here due to dirty sheets and the A/C did not work in the second room they offered me. When I asked for refund they refused.

Worse breakfast ever The only amenities they provide was no a/c and roaches, horrible place to stay and will never again

Horrible Room smelled bad no toiletries. Would never book that again
