Hotel close to workplace Lot of noise during night time. Almost zero options for breakfast

Not a fan. Advertised breakfast- it was a packet of oatmeal or a granola bar. No cleaning service or even fresh towels or shampoo in 5 days I was there. Lousy cable package on tv. It was a step down from the Microtel and super 8 I stayed at the week before it that helps.

The AC unit in my room wasn't working. It would go on and off and it was very hot! I actually just left and didn't want to stay there.
No coffee in the room. No rinse in the bathroom. Breakfast was only cup cakes.
Overbooked, Hotels.com reservation didn't matter When we arrived we were told that this hotel was overbooked and they could not accommodate our reservation from Hotels.com A very frustrating experience, as they also would not transfer the booking to another property that this chain has in the area.

I'll start with pros: The staff is semi-friendly and the local area is OK. - They only clean rooms every 7 days, otherwise you pay $10 to get it done. -- They won't let you know this in advance. - The vending machines are broken, always.
