First off was given wrong room. Second room was dirty no tissue or towels. Shower would not get hot.

Hotel is very old very dated and very noisy. Room smelled musty . Heat came on and my daughter thought the room was on fire because of the odor. We will not be going back

BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!! Overall check in was a nightmare due to a random credit card info that expedia provided rather than my credit card used online. While getting ready to leave in the morning we realized there were bed bugs on the bed but not only the bed there were some in the restroom as well. I have video proof and pictures for my personal records.

Deceitf The hotle advertised free breakfast and only had old coffee and cheap granola bars. The receptionist was rude as well.

Less than average After a long drive from Memphis to continue my trip the other day , the air conditioner of the room was not working

What! No phone Well the hotel appeared to be nice. There were no toiletries in our room. There was no phone in the room. The front desk manager was also a rather aggressive person. And when we got there we were told that the hotel was overbooked and that they may have to move us to another property. Needless to say it was a slightly frustrating check in. We joked the whole evening that it was the nicest crappiest place we'd ever been
