The first thing was that I paid for a double bed room and they canceled it a few hours before and I got one queen bed, it wasn’t good as I travel with my wife and kid

The bedding was so stained and we flipped the pillows and there was blood. Thee bathroom was awful. The staff manager was very apologetic and offered to do whatever to make it better.

We waited over two hours for our rooms. Were told 3 times they were ready. 3d time went to rooms and the waste baskets were filled, the beds were unkept and the room, like the rest of the facility, was awful. We asked for a refund and the lady said she’d credit our charge cards.

This hotel says it has breakfast but it does not. It is luke warm water, cold coffee served with the possibility of granola bars, no fruit, no eggs, no bread, no milk. The creamers are all sweet, and no hot water for the oatmeal.
