Need to do better The guest service was very nice but there no breakfast and the hallway was nasty and there was so much noise inside and outside the rooms unable to sleep until around 4am in the morning

There were no locks on the front of side entrances. My room was open when I arrived, door ajar. Once I checked the room had no strange people in it, it was ok. The beds were clean and bathroom. But the other rooms on the 1st floor had open windows to the outside. Felt unsafe as a woman traveling alone. But was fine once I got inside the room.

The staff was agreeable and straightforward in dealing with me. The outside door to near my room had no lock and anyone could come into the building. The shower had a musty odor.

We checked in around 11 pm as we were traveling and there was a white big lady at the front desk, she had no manners, was rude, unhappy, unwelcoming and didn’t care at all about the customers/guests. Very poor impression of this hotel and service. Will not ever go back or recommend this hotel!!!

It did not smell clean and the first room was not clean at the second room was a little better looked half clean and smelled like smoke. The property was run down.

Just a little run down, no cups/ ice bucket in room. Breakfast is kind of lame. Just grab and go.

Gave my room away, even though booked in advanced, said they were full.Offered this room....left and went to another hotel.

Staff is friendly, hotel as a whole is not good The room felt and smelt extremely musty and stale. Though we were in a non-smoking room and per their policy it states they are a strictly no smoking environment, there was definitely a cigarette smell in the air, causing me to have a headache.
