I just needed a room for one night because had plumbing issues at home. The first thing I saw when I walked in was a roach! Didn’t see any more though! My sheet had a stain on it and as I was getting in the shower the shower rod fell! Will definitely never go back!

With a prepaid reservation, was required to scan ID and input all personal information in the system manually. Upon entering the room, noticed that the refrigerator was hideously rusted or moldy (extremely unsightly). There was a broken kitchen cabinet door hanging on one hinge. Room was dirty, drains all clogged, a/c smelled terrible and external door locks were broken. I think the sheets and towels were clean and there was new soap. Never staying here again.

Terrible I reserved two rooms for October 11, one wasn't bad but the other was terrible. The room smelled like "burned asperges" the walls were covered with hand prints, the was no shower curtain and the bathdub wouldn't empty out. There was a water leak over the sink. Night clerk claimed they didn't hane anyother other rooms available. She did what she could to clean the room but it was late and we had 2 small children with us. Very dirty. Room looked like it was never cleaned. Chips on the mattress, all over the floor, no toilet paper left because it had been used, trash on the floor.
