Hallways were dirty. Towels and bags all over the floor looks like they haven’t cleaned in days. Pillow sheets had stains on it. Overall could be cleaned way better.

The guy who checked me in put me in the wrong room and about 930pm a family tried their hardest to get into my room because they were checked in by someone else and it showed my room was unoccupied. My room had no phone so the front desk lady had to keep coming to my room to fill me in. The A/C blew warm air and the 4 days i was there it was in the 90's. The worst part of the stay was the 900lb person above me who walked bath and forth for 5 hrs straight every night. I complained every single night to no avail. They kept me ... read more

Friendly staff, tired rooms in need of a refresh. Leaking ceiling in hallway. Warning sign on elevator. Key cards didn’t work second night.

Ok for a night Service was excellent. The property is not well maintained though. Very old, very outdated, lots of broken things, not very clean. Too much light coming in window at night, pretty noisy in hallways. Again staff was very nice and accomidating. But i would not stay here again.

Staffs were rude, breakfast was horrible, rooms are so dirty. Worst experience with any extended stay hotels. I would not be coming back for sure to that hotel.
