Since you asked I have stayed here a couple of times traveling to Dayton but this time the windows did not fully close and there were roaches. I asked to be moved and was told because ai booked via this website they could not accommodate my request so I left. I was in the room less than 20 mins. The staff otherwise was nice but what was I suppose to do with windows that would not full close in 30 degree weather...& roaches. Room 203. Wont let me upload the photos.

I travel extensively throughout the year and stay in hundreds of hotel rooms as a result. This has got to be the worst property I’ve stayed at in the last 25 years. Dirty and damaged refrigerator. Filthy cabinets. An overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke. Missing smoke detector. Missing shower curtain. Missing pillow cases. Dirty desk. Graffiti on the picture on the wall. Bugs. Just plain gross!! I should get a refund. Never again…
