This was one of the grossest hotels I've ever stayed in! The room was filthy - trash in the containers, someone else's belongings in the drawers, food debris between the sheets and coverlet. I had my shoes off for no more than 5 minutes and when I got in the shower left dirty footprints all over the tub. Non-smoking hotel smelled like weed in every corridor. If we hadn't been checking in at 1am after a long day on the road with our kids on a holiday weekend I would have left (there was little else available). All that said, ... read more

The room had fleas. Attachee is a photo of my ankle/foot with flea bites. Both ankles received multiple flea bites.

Roaches roaches roaches DO NOT STAY One of the worst hotel experiences. Room was filthy, smelled of smoke, sheets and linen were dirty, and there we roaches, which i took pictures of that day. Unbeknownst to me other people on the same day i complained also complained. They refused to gice a refund saying they needed to confirm roach activity with orkin. Nasty stay away Room had roaches. Told lady at front desk her attitude was like thats a regular thing. NEVER AGAIN

The room was $15 more than the price I was quoted online. When I got there the king size room I booked for wasn’t available and I requested a room on the second floor. When o got there I was given a room with 2 double beds which was very uncomfortable and on the first floor right next to the lobby. It was very noisy all night and I didn’t get any sleep! I would’ve been better off sleeping in my car

The location is near to restaurants and shopping mall. The property is dirty. The front entrance needs to be cleaned. The elevator’s floor and walls need to cleaned. There are stains in the carpet in the room. The towels need to be replaced.

The staff was terrible, I was told that the reservation was not showing in their system because it was booked on a different website. The room was not properly cleaned and many of the surfaces were heavily soiled. Terrible property.

Violet Fouts It was dirty and no ice machine. No housekeeping and you had to take out your own trash. No complimentary coffee or coffee pot. Smelled bad. You walk in the hallway and you could smell marijuana all the way down the hall! Worst place i have ever seen. Motel 6 probably would have been much better! Will never stay at one of these again! I feel like i wasted my money . Contenitenal breakfast consisted of grits,oatmeal and muffins. The other places i stayed at through hotels. Com were great but this one is horrible!... read more

Disgusting. 1st impression whwn i was checking in is the employee coming from around the corner zipping up his pants and fastening his belt saying can i help you. Thats disgustingly inappropriate! Room was clean upon 1st glance , till i saw 5 stray pubes in the tub . Floor left my feet black after a shower. The guests are very shady!!! Homeless hanging around . Would NOT reccomend to a family!!!
