Cockroaches Everything was terrible, the room was dirty, there was not shampoo, the dishes were not in the room, we found cockroaches. My kids walk and their feet got absolutely dirty.

Expedia was unable to send confirmation to hotel. The hotel front desk was able to verbally confirm with Expedia, but would not accept that confirmation. After a 2 hour wait in the lobby, I sent my employees home. Unacceptable.

I'm not a big complainer however it smelled like a dirty musty rag like maybe a previous leak that wasn't dealt with,carpet had multiple ground in stains where it was debatable to walk barefooted, No daily maid service and was told they don't do that because they have long term tenants that don't want to be bothered, What about the short term people staying? The hotel smelled old and moldy. I thought an ext3nded stay would have at least glassware in the kitchen. W3 had nothhing to cook with nor untensil. Very dis saw atisfied.

The room we were first given, the toilet didn’t flush.. had to pack everything back up and move rooms. The second room was not cleaned properly, dirt in corners, carpet not vacuumed, I was not impressed. The overall appearance was not clean either, wrappers on the floor of elevator, lobby was a mess. I have never experienced this from a hotel I’ve stayed at. And I will NEVER stay at an extended stay again and will let everyone I know, know about my experience.

They have Roaches. The place is just nasty. The pots they give you to use for cooking is just disgusting. They gave me a pot with the handle falling off and food was still stuck in the other pot. I did not use anything. Only the toaster was ok looking. Not sure if it even works, my family and I booked for a weeks stay but we left after the first night. Don’t get caught up with the breakfast either because it’s nothing special.it was just granola bars and coffee.
