The property had roaches. I was disgusted and afraid some will get in my belongings so i spend the night in my vehicle. When mentioned to the front desk the lady was very nonchalant. Prior to seeing the roaches there was a fight outside my room in the hallway. All night was banging and slamming doors smh. Which is how i woke up to turn on the lights and see roaches scattering. I was disgusted.

Stay away, my friends My worst hotel staying experience. No joke. I've stayed in dozens different hotels around the world but this one is too bad. I normally never complain but not today. First I spend 45 min at the front desk trying to check in after a 5 hour drive. The time was already 12:45 am and I had to wake up early. Hotel staff was not trained to check me into my room. I stood in line 45 minutes and still was not checked in. The room had spiders, a broken iron, sink stopper was missing , tub stopper was missing, and stove was rusted. I brought this to the staffs attention along with a discrepancy made with my bank card and they were very dismissive of my complaints. The daytime manager was very rude and nonchalant. This is not a hotel I would return to.
