So i received a BOG to stay there due to extended stay double charging my card...not only am i out of money but i cant use the BOG anywhere. Once i mention it the hotel is automatically full. I was almost stranded in Fla because of this

DO NOT STAY HERE! We changed our booking online to the next day and somehow the hotel didn't get notice of this and charged us a nonrefundable $110 for a no show. When the clerk told us this I explained that I had changed it on the Hotels.com site and she said she would call the manager and see what they could do. The clerk facetimed the manager who was not helpful at all but was using her long acrylic nails to fix her eyebrows and pick her teeth in the phone screen. The room has a kitchen. But there were bugs in the bed which led to me sleeping on the couch.

The vending machine was broke, and the room floor was dirty and sticky.

Don't recommend Found a douche in my room when I checked in and had bed bugs

Don’t stay at this hotel. It’s dirty and moldy. Though you can tell some of the staff is trying they are just under supported by corporate.

I left a day early due to poor condition and cleanliness of room. My bathroom smelled very strongly of urine and there was a sticky substance on the nightstand. The nightstand obviously had not even been wiped, as there were several cup rings in the substance from previous guests. I cleaned it with a dish towel.

The hallways stink; the pressure of the water for the commodes is so low that it does not flush. The refrigerator in the room smelled of dead fish. They elevators are not cleaned and you can see all the dirt and prints all over. You can smell the cigars in the hallways; even though it says no smoking; The tables which were cleaned in the room poor to my visit; showed that it was not cleaned properly; with streaks; and the bedding sheets seem to have been not replaced as they looked like they were from the prior visit.
